1. How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 28, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on March 27, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”, you may enter the HGTV Mortgage Madness Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) in either of the following ways:
(i) If you have a text messaging capable device, send a text message with the word “hgtvmortgage” from your handset to 66789 (limit one (1) text message entry per valid phone number, per eligible person per day). You will then receive a message confirming your entry. Standard text messaging and data rates apply. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your text messaging capable device according to the terms in your Service Agreement with your carrier. Not available on all carriers.
(ii) Send an email to [email protected] with your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. If you do not have a telephone, indicate “No Phone.” Entrants using email may enter one (1) time per day per authorized email address. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void.
Only one (1) entry per person, per day (regardless of platform used) is permitted during the Promotion Period.

To enter, watch HGTV on Tuesday at 8/7c to get a code. According to the rules, the codes are as follows:
•February 28 - March 6: "cash"
•March 7 - March 13: "home"
•March 14 - March 20: "fifty"
•March 21 - 27: "money"
