As a person with a disability, a disability advocate, and the grandparent of a child with an intellectual disability, I find you use of the word "retard" in today's so-called joke both offensive and repugnant. If you cannot be amusing without saying something that is both hurtful and offensive, perhaps you might want to eliminate the joke of the day.
