The German magazine PC Welt is giving away a free full license to WinRAR 3.62. The license will also work for the English version of the program.

Select Anderes Land (other land) for country and enter an email for the key to be sent. The second url in the email you get will be the link to download the license file.
Download the program at: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar362.exe and install.
The program will have a trial license so you can use the program for the next step.
Download the rarkey.rar file to a directory. Unrar the rarkey.rar file and place the resulting rarreg.key file in your c: / program files / winrar folder. The new full license will replace your temporary trial license.

The big change for most users from the older v3.51 that we got for free a while back is multicore support for faster processing.
FYI: There is a newer 3.71 version of the program with fixes for Vista, so while v3.62 should be fine for XP uses, Vista users may still have issues with the older version.
