PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND RANDOM DRAWINGS: Grand Prize (4 - one per quarterly drawing period): A 4-day/3-night trip for four (4) at the Royal Towers, Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas (or equivalent) for 3-nights, based on one room (quad occupancy). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the closest major airport nearest winner’s home to The Bahamas, round-trip transfers between airport and hotel, a $500 resort credit and a Sponsor-specified camcorder or digital camera (ARV: USD$4,200 each). First Prize (4 – 1 per quarterly drawing period): A Sponsor-specified tablet computer (ARV: USD$550 each). Second Prize (20 – 5 per quarterly drawing period): An Atlantis Beach Towel and Tote (ARV: USD$40 each). The ARV of any electronics prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of an electronics prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/household/email address. All federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable. One (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Prize winners and twenty (20) Second Prize winners per quarterly drawing period will be selected in separate random drawings, on or about the second Monday following each quarterly drawing period deadline (as defined below). Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each quarterly drawing period, by a representative of Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received each drawing period.
