The deadline to submit a Claim Form is July 5, 2012. You can claim a maximum of up to five (5) jars.

Lawsuits allege that Defendant Ferrero made representations through its marketing and advertising of Nutella brand hazelnut spread, improperly suggesting that Nutella is healthier than it actually is.

Ferrero agreed to modify its labeling of Nutella in a way that will make certain nutritional information for the product more prominent, modify certain marketing statements regarding Nutella, create new television advertisements for Nutella, and modify the website for Nutella (www.nutellausa.com).
