Four semi-finalists will be chosen on the basis of relevance to theme (60%) and originality, creativity and emotional and inspirational reaction (40%).
The semi-finalists' entries will be put up for public vote. The winner will then be determined on the basis of relevance to theme (50%); originality, creativity and emotional and inspirational reaction (30%), results of the Public Voting Phase (20%).
