At the 2012 Little League Baseball® World Series Event, the Finalist Prize and 5th Participant Prize winners will be invited onto the field to participate in the grand prize event ("Grand Prize Event"). Each participant will randomly select one (1) of five (5) keys. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to determine the order in which the individuals will select the keys. Each participant will attempt to start the car one by one, and the individual whose key successfully starts the car will be the potential Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize Event will conclude. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return
1 Grand Prize-An all-new 2012 Honda Pilot Touring 2WD, a premium running board, a roof rack with crossbars and all season mats. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to trim level, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $40,374.
(4) Finalist Prizes-A trip for four (4) to the 2012 Little League World Series in South Williamsport, PA and the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Event. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to South Williamsport, PA; 3 night's accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) room, quad occupancy); ground transportation for length of stay (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and the opportunity for the winner to participate in the Grand Prize Event (all details of opportunity determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) .
