1 Grand Prize-a trip ("Trip") for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Travel Companion") to San Francisco, CA ("San Francisco") for a VIP tour of the See's Lollypop Factory and (optionally) the See's Chocolate Factory (individually referred to herein as a "Factory" and collectively the "Factories"). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip ("R/T") economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area, nearest the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (as selected by Sponsors) to San Francisco Airport ("Airport"), (ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a San Francisco hotel selected by Sponsors ("Hotel"), (iii) VIP access to Factory/Factories, (iv) $100 per day (total) per diem for meals, and (v) R/T ground transfers between Airport and Hotel.
