Log into your JCP Rewards Account (if you don't have one, just set a free one up) and themn click on the "exclusives" tab.
PRIZE: There are twenty-five (25) prizes that will be awarded and each will consist of a $500 jcp gift card. Retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $500. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $12,500. No cash equivalent for Prize will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable; no substitution allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with prize(s) of equal or greater value.
