One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) to Super Bowl XLVII, in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday, February 3, 2013; round-trip air transportation, where applicable, for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s home to New Orleans, Louisiana (as determined by Sponsor); hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights, arriving on January 31, 2012 and leaving on February 4, 2012; two (2) invitations to a Pepsi Super Bowl party; ground transportation to and from destination airport, hotel, Pepsi Super Bowl party and Super Bowl XLVII game; two (2) commemorative gift bags and $200 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize: up to $8950, depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport. Winners who live within 200 miles of destination airport will be given $600 in lieu of air transportation. Grand Prize winners may select a cash option in the amount of $5,500 in lieu of the Grand Prize Super Bowl Trip. The Grand Prize cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize cash alternative: $5,550.
