CRUSH GRAND PRIZE: A private screening of the movie “Fun Size” (the “Screening”) with the winner and up to 150 of their friends and family. Prize includes tickets to the movie and movie theater treats of Crush Soda and Popcorn. The winner, a parent or legal guardian and up to 4 guests will receive special transportation to the screening. Date, time and location of the Screening will be determined by Sponsor and/or Paramount Pictures Corporation (“Paramount”) in their sole discretion.
Available theater must be within a 25 mile radius of the winner’s home or an alternate prize may be issued at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If
(i) the prize winner cannot attend the Screening on the date and at the time selected by Sponsor/Paramount, or
(ii) the prize winner is unwilling, for any reason, to receive the grand prize as described in and in accordance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.
If the prize winner is not able to attend the Screening on the scheduled date, he or she can decline the prize or accept the prize and still invite up to 150 guests to attend. Any and all elements of the Screening will be selected and furnished by (and in the sole discretion of) Sponsor/Paramount.
AIRHEADS GRAND PRIZE:Exactly one (1) “Grand Prize” will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to Los Angeles, California, which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy); and (iii) a VIP tour of the Paramount Studios for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
Secondary Prizes: There will be exactly one-hundred (100) secondary prizes awarded, each a “Secondary Prize”. Each Secondary Prize shall consist of one (1) $50 preloaded Fandango.com Gift Card (ARV $50 USD) and one (1) case of Airheads (ARV $35 USD). The ARV of each Secondary Prize is eight-five dollars ($85.00 USD)
