Five (5) Grand Prizes are available: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests (who must each be at least 21 years old) to attend the XIII Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (the “Event”) scheduled on November 15, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to Las Vegas, Nevada where the XIII Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards is being held; hotel accommodations for four (4) (a two-bedroom suite) for three (3) nights; up to four (4) tickets to the XIII Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (seating to be determined by Sponsor); walk on the XIII Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards green carpet; up to four (4) tickets to Official Awards after-party (subject to availability); winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money, awarded in the form of a gift card selected by Sponsor; and a $50 McDonald's Arch Card®. Additionally, each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests will receive a $300 credit for the hotel spa that can be used on November 13th and 14th and access to a reserved area at the Mix Lounge for each winner and up to three (3) guests on November 14th at the Mandalay Bay Resort. All Event activities are subject to availability, and inclusion in the Prize at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $4,000
