310 DAILY PRIZES (10 per Day): Each Daily Prize Winner will receive one NBA 2k13 Video
Game for the Xbox 360® gaming console. The approximate retail value (“ARV”)
of each Daily Prize is $59.95.Limit one (1) Daily Prize per household.
FIRST PRIZE (4): Each First Prize Winner will receive a GameFly Gift Pack
consisting of a one year subscription to GameFly and an assorted GameFly
swag. In order to utilize the GameFly membership, the winner must provide
his/her valid major credit card information and valid shipping address to
GameFly. GameFly will not charge any amounts to a winner’s credit card
provided winner complies with the terms of his/her free GameFly membership.
Any activity inconsistent with the terms of this First Prize by a winner will result in
a charge to the winner’s credit card. Each First Prize Winner should review
Sponsor’s terms and conditions of membership and rentals as stated at

the Grand Prize Winner and one guest (“Travel Companion”) – for three days/
two nights to Los Angeles, California (“Trip”). The Trip includes: round-trip
economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a
major metropolitan airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to
and from Los Angeles; two nights standard hotel accommodations (one room,
double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in the Sponsor’s sole and
absolute discretion; $200 for ground transportation in Los Angeles awarded in
the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner; the opportunity to
meet Blake Griffin; tickets to attend a profession basketball game; and $100 per
diem ($300 total). The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a Microsoft
Xbox360® gaming console.The ARV of Grand Prize is $3,300.
