•Midwest: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio
•South: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
•Southeast: Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia
•Northeast: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC
8 finalists per region will be chosen on the basis of cotton style originality (30%), regional association and depiction through cotton style (30%), show on-trend cotton style (30%), and photo quality (10%). The winner will be chosen from among the finalists by public vote.
