12 finalists will be selected on the basis of creativity/originality (25%), relevance to theme (25%), composition of Photo (25%) and clarity of Written Entry (25%).
The finalists' entries will be put up for public vote, and the winner will be chosen by a combination of vote results (50%) and judges' score (50%).
