1 Grand Prize-The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive: (i) one (1) pre-paid Visa gift card, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,000 (Subject to the terms and conditions of the pre-paid card and redeemable wherever Visa is accepted); and (ii) fifty-two (52) cans of Blue Diamond Almonds with an ARV of $175, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prize is $4,175.
