One grand prize winner will be selected to receive two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVII on
February 3, 2013 located at 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112 (the “Event”),
roundtrip coach airfare for winner and a guest from any of the 48 continental states to Louis
Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, and four (4) night hotel accommodations (single
standard room and tax only, based on double occupancy) at a hotel in or near New Orleans,
Louisiana as selected by the Sponsor, prize valued at approximately $5,000.00
Winner will be notified by phone and email on January 18, 2013 at
approximately 5:00 PM Eastern Time. If a potential winner cannot be reached, a second notification
will be made on January 21, 2013 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. If a potential winner cannot be reached
by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on January 22, 2013, whether because (a) the message is returned
undeliverable or (b) Sponsor is unable to leave a message OR in the event a potential winner does
not accept the prize or fails to comply with these rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited
