My internet bill suddenly when $40.00 to $48.12 a month without notice. I called and the guy that helped me was great. We talked about all kinds of stuff for about a half hour while he was looking at my account. Then he told me that since I seemed to be nice guy he was going get my my internet speed doubled and the price dropped to $31.00 a month for a year. He then told me to call him next year (he gave me his badge number) and he would hook me up again. I hope this doesn't turn into a thing like in the "Cable Guy" movie. :cool:
