a. One (1) Winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
• Two (2) three-day passes to Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2013 (the “Event”);
• Three (3) nights hotel stay in Austin, Texas, standard room, double occupancy during the Event; and
• Roundtrip coach airfare from major airport nearest to Winner’s residence to Austin, TX for Winner and Travel Companion to attend the Event.
b. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $3,500.
