• One (1) Grand Prize Winner receives an all-inclusive trip to Las Vegas, Nevada with three (3) guests to attend the Boxing Match Event (“Boxing Match Event”) to be held at MGM Grand, May 4, 2013. The trip (“Trip Package”) will be for 3 days / 2 nights and will include: four (4) round-trip coach airfares; ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel; one (1) two-room (each, double occupancy) hotel suite for two (2) nights; $500 gift card for incidentals; four (4) tickets for a Boxing Match Event; and four (4) invitations to an after-match VIP party. In addition, the Winner and guests will receive a private training session with the former professional boxer, Frederick Steven “Freddie” Roach that will follow up with a dinner with Freddie. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $16,000.00.
• Sixteen (16) First Prize Winners, each will be awarded Boxing Memorabilia worth an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $100.00 each. Some of the Boxing Memorabilia will be signed by Freddie Roach.
