Prizes: The Sweepstakes will award one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") that consists of a 2013 Ram 1500 Truck vehicle with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars (US$45,000.00); and one (1) first prize (the "First Prize") that consist of a two (2) night trip for two to Las Vegas, NV or the host city of the 2014 Academy of Country Music Awards (the "ACM Awards") Show (the "Event"), including roundtrip airfare (coach class), hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy), two (2) Tickets to the 2014 ACM Awards and Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00) for spending money.
