PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The prize package is two
(2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner's primary
residence in the US to India (ARV $5,000) and one (1) premier hotel room (double
occupancy) for twelve (12) nights allocated in any manner across Oberoi Hotels in
Delhi, Mumbai, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ranthambhore and Shimla. The prize also
includes daily breakfast, airport transfers (between local city airport and hotel), one
(1) 60 minute spa therapy per person, once during the stay at each hotel on the
itinerary, upgrade to a suite at any two hotels on the itinerary, and a daily yoga
session The approximate retail value of the prize package is $10,000, depending on
exact itinerary. Internal travel in India is not included and the responsibility of the
winner. Rooms are subject to availability and prior reservation. The itinerary must
be completed in a single trip, and is non-transferrable, may not be combined with
any other offer, and has no cash value. All additional costs incurred must be paid
directly to the hotel upon check-out. The Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or
alter the terms and condition of this offer. Actual value may vary based on various
factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and
distance between the point of departure and the destination. Additional ground
transportation, all other meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g.,
mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are
not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same
itinerary. Trip must be booked by July 31, 2013 and completed by March 31, 2014
and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation
blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary,
but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Unless child of winner,
travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
