PRIZING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) two (2) tickets to one (1) of the following Willie Nelson concerts (“Concerts”), scheduled to take place in Summer 2013:
Atlantic City, NJ (June 8th)

Hunter, NY (June 13th),
Gilford, NH (June 14th)
Highland Park, IL (July 14th)
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor and Sony Music Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to work with the Grand Prize Winner to determine a Concert location amenable to the Grand Prize Winner. (NOTE: Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transportation, hotel accommodations, meals and/or expenses with respect to the concert) [Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $100.00]; (ii) a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) check in the name of the Grand Prize Winner (ARV $500.00); (iii) Willie Nelson Prize Pack consisting of one of each of the following: (a) Willie Nelson CD catalog (ARV $325.00); (b) 8”x10”photo of Willie Nelson performing at Floore’s (ARV $19.95); (b) Willie Nelson “PEACE” DVD (ARV $10.00); (c) Willie Nelson baseball cap (ARV $19.99) and (d) a Willie & Family Live Tour T-Shirt (RV $19.99). Total ARV of the Prize Pack is Three Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars Ninety-Three Cents ($394.93), total ARV of all prizes is Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars Ninety-Three Cents ($994.93)
