To enter, create a video showing your original recipe that uses Bob's Red Mill Steel Cuts Oats as an indispensable component.
(If you're wondering what a "spurtle" is, it's a Scottish cooking implement traditionally used for stirring porridge.)
All three semi-finalists will receive roundtrip airfare to Portland, Oregon, and reasonable accommodations for three nights, and $300 cash for meals, incidentals, ingredients, local transportation or other expenses.
Final winner and a guest will receive roundtrip airfare to Edinburgh (Scotland), two nights lodging in Edinburgh, and three nights lodging in Carrbridge (Scotland). Upon completion of competition, winner will also receive a check for $2500.
