GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize winner will be selected for each of the three (3) Artist Experiences listed below as selected by entrant at time of entry.
1. Artist Experience #1 consisting of one (1) Artist Experience with Gavin DeGraw which includes one (1) special consumer activity for Winner and guest (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) scheduled to take place on a selected day between the dates of September 15, 2013 through October 15, 2013; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S.; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights/ three (3) days; $200 cash gift card good toward transportation; and if Gavin DeGraw is performing a concert on the date and location of the Artist Experience, winner will receive two (2) concert tickets to the concert. If Gavin DeGraw is not performing a concert on the date and at the location of the Artist Experience, winner will receive a $300 Ticketmaster Gift Card. Examples of Artist Experience can include meet & greet with Gavin DeGraw, guitar lessons or backstage lunch or dinner with Gavin DeGraw. Artist Experience will be selected by Administrator at its sole discretion. Artist Experience will last a minimum of one hour.

Artist Experience #2 consisting of one (1) Artist Experience with The Joy Formidable which includes one (1) special consumer activity for Winner and guest (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) scheduled to take place on a selected day between the dates of September 15, 2013 through October 15, 2013; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S.; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights/ three (3) days; $200 cash gift card good toward transportation; and if The Joy Formidable is performing a concert on the date and location of the Artist Experience, winner will receive two (2) concert tickets to the concert. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,500.00).
Four (4) First Prizes will be awarded consisting of one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2014 National Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one (1) guest (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2014. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2014 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2014 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass Holders name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Ultimate Access Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on www.livenation.com are Live Nation produced events. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. Pass expires December 30, 2014 and may only be used for participating 2014 events.
