Bacara Resort Spa Experience:
There will be two (2) Bacara Resort Spa Experience Grand Prizesawarded. Each Bacara Resort Spa Experience
includes all of the following; (a) round-trip coach-class air
transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) from a major airport
near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport closest to Santa Barbara, California. Sponsor will
determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event
of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Grand
Prize Winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air
transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the Bacara Resort
(one (1) junior suite, based upon double occupancy);(c) a $1000 Bacara Resort credit per person (equivalent
to one (1) $1,000 credit for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) $1,000 credit for the Grand Prize Winner’s
Travel Companion. Resort credit is subject to the resort’s terms and conditions); (d)a $250 Avis rental car gift
card (subject to gift card terms and conditions); and (e) three (3) days of parking at the Bacara Resort. The
total approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Bacara Resort Spa Experience Grand Prize is $4,210.
The total ARV of all Bacara Resort Spa Experience Grand Prizes to be awarded is: $8,420.

dates of November 22, 2013 and November 24, 2013
Skip Barber Race Experience: There will be two (2) Skip Barber Race Experience Grand Prizes awarded
Each Skip Barber Race Experience includes all of the following: (a) Roundtrip coach-class air transportation
for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) from a major airport near Grand Prize
Winner’s residence to an airport closest to Monterey, California. Sponsor will determine airline and flight
itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or
delay of any flight. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s
proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at
Sponsor’s sole discretion; (b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the
Sponsor in their sole discretion located in or around Monterey, CA (one (1) room, based upon double
occupancy); (c) general and high performance racing instruction utilizing open wheel formula cars at Laguna
Seca Raceway for the Grand Prize Winner and for the Travel Companion (includes transportation to and from
all high performance and general racing instruction for duration of trip), (d) a professional onsite
photographer capturing all aspects of the race experience along with copies of all photos taken; (e) one (1)
custom “EcoDrink” fire-suite for the Grand Prize Winner and for the travel companion; (f) catered breakfast
and lunch each day at a restaurant determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion for the Grand Prize
Winner and for the Travel Companion; (g) one (1) dinner and photo session with EcoDrink Indy Car Racer
and NBC Motor Sport announcer Townsend Bell for the Grand Prize Winner and for the Travel Companion;
(h) two (2) EcoDrink gift bags; and (e) round trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in the
