On July 1, 2013 one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries to receive a five-day/four-night Luxury Included stay for two (2) adults at any Beaches Resort located in Turks & Caicos or Jamaica. The following resorts are included:
Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa - Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - Negril, Jamaica
Beaches Ocho Rios Resort & Golf Club - Ocho Rios Jamaica
Winner to select only one resort from the resorts listed. Should the winner select the travel time of either October 24 – 28, 2013 or May 1 – 5, 2014 the winner will have the option to attend the Beaches Friends Forever (B.F.F.) Girls Getaway at Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages and Spa. The estimated retail value of the vacation stay is approximately $3,500.00 is being supplied by Unique Vacations, Ltd. A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply to the prize and will be paid by John Paul Mitchell Systems (“JPMS”) on the winners’ behalf. Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled. JPMS will reimburse winner for the processing fee. In addition to the lodging, the winner will receive airfare credit of up to $1,500.00 per person or $3,000.00 round-trip for two from the same city within the United States being supplied by John Paul Mitchell Systems. Airfare is not provided by Unique Vacations, Ltd. The actual cost of the two round-trip airfares will be credited and any airfare which costs more than $3000.00 for two round-trip will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Beaches Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination. Therefore the provided prize will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Telephone calls, internet, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, Scuba certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. If winner chooses to travel and attend during one of the Beaches Friends Forever (B.F.F.) Girls Getaway, the winner will receive all inclusions that come along with the B.F.F. Getaway including a $200 Red Lane® Spa credit, 10% discount at the Gift Shop, Complimentary 5 x 7 and a welcome goodie bag. If the winner chooses to travel on alternate dates, they will not receive the additional B.F.F. Girls Getaway inclusions. The prize must be redeemed on or before June 30, 2014.
