The Bachelorette “Men Tell All” Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older)
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.
Ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 7/7/13
Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/8/13.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the taping of The Bachelorette: Men Tell All television episode (the “Show”), currently scheduled to take place during the week of July 15 - 21, 2013 (“Trip”). Travel dates subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip also includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from a major commercial airport of Sponsor’s sole choosing near winner’s residence; 5-nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice in the Los Angeles area; round-trip ground transportation between the hotel and taping location of the Show; round-trip ground transportation between Los Angeles airport and hotel; and admission for two (2) to the Show taping. ARV of Grand Prize: $5,000.00.
Winner must travel to Los Angeles during the dates designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Show taping (currently scheduled to take place during the week of July 15 – 21, 2013; such dates subject to change). If winner is unable to travel during the dates designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Show taping, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting). In the event the Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the Trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the Show taping portion of the prize does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, production exigencies, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to Los Angeles) with no further obligation to the winner. In such event, travel must be completed by 12/31/13. Travel dates subject to approval by Sponsor. Show taping portion of the Grand Prize has no retail value.
