ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A golf trip for three (3) to Scottsdale,
AZ. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for three (3)
from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) to Phoenix, AZ; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion (three rooms, single occupancy); a $320 allowance
for full-size rental car for length of stay; dinner for three (3) at a Tommy Bahama
restaurant; a $1,000 Tommy Bahama gift card; one (1) round of golf with Tom
Lehman at the DC Ranch (one foursome which includes winner and two (2) guests
plus Tom Lehman) . If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that
portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must travel on the dates
