3. Promotional information:
If you "Loved" the Hefty ® Slider Bags you will receive TWO (2) coupons each with savings good for $1.50 off TWO (2) packages of Hefty ® Slider Bags. Coupon will expire on 12/31/2013.
If you didn't love the Hefty ® Slider Bag you can submit your original sales receipt with price circled, UPC from the Hefty ® Slider Bag and completed official challenge form for a refund. Rebate amount will be for the final purchase price of one (1) package minus any rebates, coupons, store dollars and/or bonus bucks. Maximum rebate amount is $8.50.
Photocopies, facsimiles or other copies of the sales receipt or the UPC will not be accepted. We reserve the right to confirm identity. Reproduction or sale of proof of purchase or cash register receipt is prohibited. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes (Title 18, Sections 1341 & 1342). Duplicate requests will not be honored, limit one offer per address per household. No P.O. Boxes allowed. Offer valid while supplies last. Void where prohibited.
