(1) Grand Prize: 2014 Chevrolet Impala 4dr Sedan LTZ with 2LZ. ARV=$40,505. ARV based on 2014 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") of a base model with available manufacturer upgrades. Grand Prize winner has the option of selecting any other 2014 Chevrolet model vehicle (excluding commercial vehicles) whose MSRP does not exceed $40,505; Community Prize: In addition, a baseball or softball field makeover (not to exceed $20,000) and $2,500 worth of baseball equipment (designated by GM) will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner's designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization.
