Grand Prize [total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $3,624.00].
One Grand Prize winner will receive:
(a) A trip for the winner and his/her guest to San Diego, CA on or about July 17-22, 2013 (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip has an ARV of $2,835.00 and consists of:

• 5 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a San Diego area hotel to be determined by Sponsor (the “Hotel”);

Two Second Prize winners each will receive:
• One PlayStation 4 console; and
