Sweepstakes Period 1 begins Monday, May 6, 2013 at 6:00 A.M./EDT and ends on Sunday June 2, 2013 at 11:59 P.M./EDT where upon completion of Sweepstakes Period 1, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all entries received in that Sweepstakes Period; Sweepstakes Period 2 begins Monday, June 17, 2013 at 6:00 A.M./EDT and ends on Sunday July 14, 2013 at 11:59 P.M./EDT where upon completion of Sweepstakes Period 2, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all entries received in that Sweepstakes Period; Sweepstakes Period 3 begins Monday, July 29, 2013 at 6:00 A.M./EDT and ends on Sunday August, 25 , 2013 at 11:59 P.M./EDT where upon completion of Sweepstakes Period 3 one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all entries received in that Sweepstakes Period.
For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a weekly entry period is understood to begin on a Monday at 6:00 A.M./EDT and end on a Sunday at 11:59 P.M./EDT.
Grand Prize: Three (3) Grand Prizes shall be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period: The three (3) Grand Prizes are described below. The Company will be providing all three Grand Prizes.
(1) Round-trip, commercial coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from a major U.S. airport (as determined by Sponsor) near the winner's residence to an airport ("Airport") in or near New York City, NY (as determined by Sponsor)); two (2) nights from TBD date to TBD date Company's pre-selected date and time to be determined at the sole discretion of the Company. Prize will be fulfilled before December, 31, 2013) stay (single standard room/double occupancy; room and tax only) for winner and guest ("Hotel") in or near iHeartRadio's Headquarters in New York, New York; ground transportation to and from Airport and Hotel for winner and guest. Winner and one (1) guest will get two (2) tickets and VIP access to an iHeartRadio show in Tribeca, New York on TBD date. An approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is seven thousand dollars ($7,000 USD).
Weekly Prize Winner Selection: One winner (1), per market (25 markets), per week during the Sweepstakes Period (May 6, 2013 - August 25, 2013) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in the Chevron iHeart my car sweepstakes for a total of 300 Weekly Prize winners.Each weekly winner shall receive the following: One (1) $100.00 Chevron Promotional Card.
