One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-night stay at the Beaver Creek Lodge located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Prize includes standard hotel accommodations for two (single room; double occupancy), one (1) dinner for two at Rocks Modern Grill (excluding alcohol and gratuity), one (1) kayaking lesson for two, and two (2) pairs of Birkenstock shoes (up to $130 per pair; model/size/color at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability). Prize does not include transportation to/from winner’s residence and Beaver Creek, Colorado. Winner and winner’s guest are solely responsible for any required transportation. Prize is subject to availability and lodging stay must be completed by August 31, 2014 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,560.00
