Follow the links and instructions to upload a song (“Song”) or video (“Video”) of your original creation based on the Phone, Keys, Gum original dance and/or song. Complete and submit the online official entry form. Entering the sweepstakes is a form of material submitted online to Sponsor as set forth in the privacy policy at http://www.PhoneKeysGumSweeps.com/Privacy. One (1) entry per e-mail and/or IP address per day.
The Video and Song entry forms are collectively referred herein as the “Entry.”
• Song Entry must contain the chorus lyrics from the original Phone, Keys, Gum song (“Phone, Keys, Gum, Check!”) and which can be downloaded at PhoneKeysGumSweeps.com; length cannot exceed one (1) minute; no profanity will be tolerated. The Song must be uploaded in compliance with the Sweepstakes requirements, in mp3 format, not exceeding 8MB.
• Video Entry must contain the Phone, Keys, Gum original song in the background which can be downloaded at PhoneKeysGumSweeps.com; Video length cannot exceed thirty (30) seconds; no profanity, nudity or explicit behavior will be tolerated. The Video must be uploaded in compliance with the Sweepstakes requirements, in .wmv or .mov format, not exceeding 8MB.
1 Grand Prize – $2,500.00 (awarded as a secure check) and a year’s supply of Trident Gum.
