Must be (i) a legal resident of the continental United States or the District of Columbia and (ii) between the ages of six (6) and thirteen (13) or the parent or legal guardian of a child between those ages at time of entry.
GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize Winner (“GP Winner”) will be awarded a trip for GP Winner and up to three (3) guests (one of which whom must be the parent of GP Winner) to New York, NY. Trip Package consists of the following:
(i) roundtrip coach airfare for up to four (4) persons from the major commercial airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to New York, NY,
(ii) three (3) day/three (3) nights hotel accommodations at hotel of Sponsor’s choice (one room, quad occupancy);,
(iii) round trip ground transportation to/from airport, hotel and the Event (as defined below);
(iv) attendance for GP Winner and Guests to Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play flagship event to take place on September 21, 2013 (the “Event”) where the GP Winner will be provided with a VIP experience (subject to determination by Birds Eye Foods and Sponsor), and
(v) $1,000.00 in spending money for GP Winner only.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,450.00.
GP Winner and his/her Guests must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor, tentatively scheduled between September 19 – 22, 2013.
