This sweepstakes will award one (1) grand prize, one (1) first prize, one (1) second prize and forty five (45) third prizes.
Grand Prize: The grand prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA for three (3) days and two (2) nights. The grand prize trip components include: [1] roundtrip first class air transportation for the grand prize winner and his/her guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) to Hollywood, CA, [2] four-star luxury resort hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (single room, double occupancy), [3] roundtrip limousine ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel in Hollywood, CA, [4] a $5,000 shopping spree awarded in the form of a check to the grand prize winner; [5] dinner for grand prize winner and guest at a restaurant not to exceed $500 (alcohol not included) including roundtrip ground transportation; and [6] a one (1) hour massage (location to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) for grand prize winner and guest including roundtrip ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize: Twelve Thousand U.S. Dollars ($12,000).
First Prize: The first prize consists of: [1] one (1) fifty inch (50”) Smart TV television (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), [2] one (1) home theater system (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), and [3] Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000) awarded in the form of a check made out to the first prize winner. ARV of the first prize: Four Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($4,500).
Second Prize: The second prize consists of: [1] one (1) iPad® mini loaded with NUVOtv content (actual content to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), and [2] One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000) awarded in the form of a check made out to the second prize winner. ARV of the second prize Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000).
Third Prizes: A total of forty five(45) third prizes (one [1] per winner) will be randomly awarded and consists of one (1) of the following items per winner: [1] ten (10) digital/HD cameras (make and model to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) each valued at Two Hundred U.S. Dollars ($200), [2] ten (10) watches (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($150), [3] fifteen (15) gift cards (actual gift card to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100), and [4] ten (10) iPod® Nanos loaded with NUVOtv content (actual content to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($150).
