One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner“) will receive a trip for two (2) people to attend the Univision Radio Concert at H2O Music Festival currently scheduled to be held on August 17, 2013 at LA State Historic Park, 1245 North Spring Street Los Angeles, CA, 90012. The Grand Prize includes: (a) accommodations for two (2) nights in a standard room, double occupancy, in a local hotel (approximate retail value is $400); and (b) a pair of VIP tickets and VIP Credentials to the H2O Music Festival (approximate retail value is $200); (c) Winning Submission may be featured at the Univision Radio digital outlets; and (d) Winning Submission may be featured on SubwayArtistasFrescos.com (“Grand Prize”). In addition, if the Grand Prize Winner resides further than – 50 miles from Los Angeles, he/she (and guest) will also receive roundtrip airfare in economy class from an airport near the Grand Prize Winner to the destination city, or a neighboring airport and ground transportation from the airport in the destination city area to the hotel (the estimated value of the transportation depends on the time and city of departure, but is approximately $2,000).
