Entry Period

Sweepstakes Starts on July 10, 2013 at 12:01 AM EST, and ends on August 9, 2013 at 11:59 EST (the "Entry Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Smashbox Cosmetics, 8538 Warner Drive, Culver City, CA 90232 (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.

To Enter

Beginning July 10, 2013, visit www.Smashbox.com/primeforthefirsttime and complete the entry form (the "Entry Site"). You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, country of residence, and e-mail address. A limit of one (1) entry via the entry site per person will be accepted during this Sweepstakes. All entries on the site must be received by 11:59 PM EST on August 9, 2013.

At point of entry, Entrant must confirm that they accept these Official Rules. By entering you acknowledge that Sponsor may post your first and last name in a public forum if you are a winner. Any entrants that violates these principles will be excluded at the discretion of Sponsor. Note: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or email address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or submit multiple entries will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible lost, late or misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries.

Drawings:

Sponsor's selection of the potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during each weekly period. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, then potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

Prizes:

One hundred and Fifty Thousand (150,000) PRIZES: Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Deluxe Sample – ARV $9.00. Approximate Retail Value for all prizes to be awarded: $1,350,000. One hundred fifty thousand (150,000) prizes will be awarded at the end of the sweepstakes event. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no guarantee, either express or implied. If by reason of a printing, typographical, or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

If a resident of Canada is selected as a winner, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed, mathematical skill-testing question, administered by Sponsor before the awarding of the prize.

Winner may be required to execute and return required notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability within 30 days of notification. Once executed document(s) has been received, Sponsor will work with winner to arrange for delivery of prize. Failure to return all required forms within 30 days or to comply with any other provision may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All decisions are final. All Federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winners.

Eligibility

The Smashbox Prime for the Very First Time Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to those legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry who meet the eligibility requirements. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor and Promotion Entities and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above, are not eligible. All Federal, provincial, state and local rules and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
