DIY Grand Prize-
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize"), which will consist of the following: (i) a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Atlantic, North Carolina (includes the real property, landscaping, and the house) with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $447,740 as of June 2013, (the "Blog Cabin"); and (ii) a selection of home furnishings (ARV: $15,000). The home shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by any contractor/developer ("Developer") from whom Main Sponsor has agreed to acquire the home, and other than any applicable manufacturers' warranties. Real estate transfer taxes, deed recording charges and closing costs, shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, as will all future real estate taxes and other expenses related to the maintenance of the house. Title insurance and homeowner's hazard and liability insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner
