There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize will consist of the following (subject to availability and to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): one (1) trip to Los Angeles, CA OR New York, NY (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Trip will consist of the following: round-trip, coach-class air travel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles Airport”) OR New York, NY (“New York Airport”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near the Los Angeles, CA OR New York, New York area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and GP Guest to attend a taping (“Taping”) of a daytime, primetime, or late night NBC television show (“Show”) in New York, NY OR Los Angeles, CA (subject to availability and the sole discretion of NBCU); round-trip ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport OR New York Airport and Hotel; and round-trip ground transportation to and from Taping and Hotel. The selection of the daytime, primetime, or late night NBC television Show that utilizes an audience will be determined at NBCU’s sole discretion.
