Three (3) randomly computer-generated winning times will be programmed each calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of one hundred and ninety-five (195) winning times for the entire Sweepstakes Period ("Winning Instant Win Times"). The first participant to enter after one of the predetermined Winning Instant Win Times will be an Instant Win Prize Winner. If all three (3) Instant Win prizes have been awarded prior to the end of a calendar day, a message stating such will be clearly posted on the Website and no additional Instant Win prizes will be awarded for that calendar day but Entries will still be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $9,074.
