“Vehicle”). Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): USD$39,500. Grand Prize winner will also receive
a three day/two night trip to accept the Vehicle’s car keys in person from Dale Earnhardt Jr. (subject to talent
availability). Trip package consists of: roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport
near winner’s residence to/from commercial airport near/in the destination city; up to $500 to use only for ground
transportation within the destination city; two (2) night standard hotel accommodations (standard rate, double
occupancy); and a USD$500 Visa® Gift Card for winner to use for expenses. Trip ARV: USD$5,000. Winner will
