Void in AK & HI
The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize
Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2013 Video Music Awards (the “Event”) in Brooklyn, NY. The trip
will include: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a
major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New
York, NY (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of
New York, NY), (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in New York, NY for Grand Prize Winner and Guest
which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not
included), (c) roundtrip ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between the
airport and the hotel in New York, NY and between the hotel and the Event and (d) two (2) tickets to the Event (the
“Grand Prize”).
