GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize will consist of a getaway package for winner and up to seven (7) guests which includes accommodations and activities in Currituck Outer Banks, NC. Accommodations and activities for the getaway prize are described below.
Grand Prize winner will be responsible for travel to/from each location, including any air transportation and/or ground transportation.
Accommodations:
- Seven (7) days, six (6) nights’ stay in an oceanfront beach home for Grand Prize winner and up to seven (7) guests awarded as a gift certificate. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,900. The beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a private pool & hot tub, as well as ocean views. Beach home available from October 15, 2013 – March 15, 2014 and October 15, 2014 – November 15, 2014 excluding holidays and based on availability.
Activities:
- One (1) pass for Wild Horse Adventure Tour to see the legendary Corolla wild Spanish mustangs. ARV: $50. No age/height/weight restrictions - you're in a safari-like vehicle riding with a tour guide, normally 8-12 people can ride in one vehicle for the tour (depending on the vehicle). Pass is for one (1) person.
- Four (4) passes (1 pass per person) to climb the historic Currituck Beach Lighthouse. ARV: $40.
- Four (4) passes (1 pass per person) to tour Whalehead in Historic Corolla. ARV: $40.
Additional Prizes:
- A gift certificate for one (1) dozen donuts from Duck Donuts. ARV: $12.
- A $500 Visa gift card that may be used toward travel expenses. ARV: $500.
- A $500 Visa gift card from Meredith Travel Marketing that may be used toward air transportation and/or car rental; ARV: $500.
- A $500 Tire Kingdom Gift Certificate valid towards the purchase of tires or services; ARV: $500. Not redeemable for cash. Entire amount must be used at time of purchase. Valid at participating locations only. Void if altered or reproduced. Expiration September 30, 2014.
