Plus, get $15 off orders of $30 or more or $30 off orders of $75 or more via coupon code 3652, or take $40 off orders of $120 or more with 3656. Alternatively, coupon code 3995 cuts an additional 30% off orders of $120 or more (this coupon yields greater savings for orders over $131.). That's among the best set of discounts we've seen from Express in recent weeks and it puts many items at significantly low prices. (We saw a similar mention two weeks ago which didn't feature the extra 30% off orders of $120 or more, but did include a coupon for $20 off every $75 spent.) Shipping starts at $8, but orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Deal ends August 28.
