Grand Prize (1): The Sponsor will award one Grand Prize at the end of the Contest Period consisting of:
• One (1) Fiat 500e vehicle (the "Vehicle") (approximate retail value Thirty-Two Thousand U.S.
Dollars (US$32,000.00)),
• Two (2) one-hour surf lessons on successive days, or one (1) two-hour surf lesson, with Brianna
Cope in Southern California, USA (or the nearest surf beach within 180 miles of the Grand Prize
winner’s home) to be completed prior to September 30, 2014 (approximate retail value One
Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$1,000)),
• The winning photo on a national run of Natural Jones Soda, and
• One (1) Jones Soda/Fiat prize pack (approximate retail value One Hundred U.S. Dollars
(US$100)).
In the event there is no surf beach within 180 miles of the Grand Prize winner’s home, the Sponsor will fly
the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest of the Grand Prize winner to a location where Brianna Cope
can provide the surfing lessons, and pay for hotel accommodations (chosen by Sponsor) for two (2)
successive nights. The location dates and times for surfing lessons shall be determined by the Sponsor’s
and Brianna’s schedules. The Grand Prize winner must sign a full release prior to the surfing lessons in
order to claim the surfing lesson portion of the Grand Prize, releasing Sponsor, Chrysler, and Brianna
Cope from all claims arising out of or related to such surfing lessons. In the event the Sponsor is unable
to provide the Grand Prize winner with surf lessons on or before September 30, 2014, or if the Grand
Prize winner provides notice that he or she does not want to accept the surf lesson portion of the Grand
Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive a replacement prize of One Thousand U.S. Dollars
(US$1,000.00) (in the form of a check, with the winner responsible for paying all applicable taxes and
making all required filings with taxing authorities).
Weekly Prizes (21): The Sponsor will award up to twenty-one (21) Weekly Prizes during the Contest
Period, each consisting of a Jones Soda/Fiat Prize Pack that includes a case of Jones Soda Natural
Jones Soda and Jones Soda branded merchandise (by way of example only, hat, T-shirt, backpack) and
Fiat branded merchandise. The odds of a Contestant winning a Weekly Prize vary, and depend on the
total number of valid Entries by all Contestants. The approximate retail value of a Weekly Prize is One
Hundred U.S. Dollars (US$100.00).
