Five (5) Grand Prize Winners:
Each winner has the discretion to choose to attend only one (1) of the following shows and Each Prize Package will include the
following:
A trip for two (2) to New York City from October 9, 2013 to October 11, 2013 or October 16 to October 18, 2013 to see the iHeartRadio
UK Rocks concert. Winner has choice of show they attend. Domestic roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major
metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for New York City; 3 days and 2 nights standard double occupancy hotel
accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport at destination only; and two (2) tickets
to see the iHeartRadio British Invasion concert at the iHeartRadio Theater East on October 10, 2013. Winner will receive one (1)
electronic gift card, valued at approximately $500. Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is $3,000. Each prize package
provided by Clear Channel Media+Entertainment. Prize value may vary depending upon departure location and time of travel. In the
event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of New York, NY, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation
and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Other restrictions apply.
