All entrants must submit a photograph of a heritage recipe and an explanation of why it is important and how they have reinvented it. [The digital image file of any entry must be submitted in JPEG format, of high resolution, and be no larger than four megabytes (4 MB) in size.]
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to France, includes roundtrip airfare for two (2) persons, and four (4) nights, five (5) days at a selected hotel. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,500.
