Eligibility: “Spin To Win A Fall Stay Instant Win Game” (the "Game") is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Marriott International, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square, Courtyard by Marriott Times Square South, CCM ProSequence, and their parent and affiliate companies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted. Participation constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judge's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sponsor: Residence Inn by Marriott Times Square, 1033 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10018, and Courtyard by Marriott Times Square South 114 West 40th Street New York, NY 10018 (collectively, the "Sponsor"). Game management: CCM ProSequence, 11 E 47th St., New York, NY 10017 ("Administrator").
3. Timing: The Game begins on October 1, 2013 at 12:01 am Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on November 5, 2013 at 11:59 pm EDT (the “Game Period”).
4. How It Works: To play, during the Game Period go to www.residenceinntimessquare.com or www.courtyardtimessquare.com (collectively, the “Website”). If this is your first visit to the Website, you must first complete the registration form with the information requested. If you have previously registered, you may simply enter your email address and password when prompted at the Website. You must be registered and logged in at the Website in order to play Game. Limit one (1) registration per person. Once you are registered and/or logged into the Website, follow the on-screen instructions to see if you are an instant winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Game, including administration and operation of the Game and the determination of potential winners. There will be two (2) random, computer-generated winning times when a unique winning number will be put in play, one (1) for each prize listed below during the Game Period. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you may be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated (subject to verification). If you are notified that you are a potential winner at the conclusion of Game play, follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's game plays and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Tell-A-Friend Program: After you have played the Game, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of friends who must be eligible to play the Game. Each person that you refer will receive an email solely notifying them about the Game. Neither the Sponsor nor the Administrator will collect any information about any friend unless a friend later participates in the Game. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For referrals with a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional play in the Game. During the Game period, you may receive up to two (2) plays per day.
5. ALL POTENTIAL GAME WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GAME. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING GAME PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
6. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Prize winners will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), potential winner forfeits prize. UNREDEEMED/UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prizes is $1,000.00. For All Prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and, or use. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,000.00. Limit: One (1) prize per person. 8. Release: By receipt of any Game prize, winner agrees to release the Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
